More Movement in Everyday Student Life!

Under the motto „Move more, feel better!“ RWTH and FH Aachen students again have the opportunity to bring more movement into their everyday lives. However, it isn’t about high-performance sports, rather, it’s about enjoyable moderate movement.

Getting away from the couch, taking active study breaks and starting the summer semester healthy and motivated are the focus. The program is taking place as part of the project Active Campus Europe, ACE for short. This international project with 16 partners in seven European countries aims to make students everyday lives lastingly more active.

From April 23 the second round of the practice phase in Aachen will begin. An introductory week with fitness checks, eight weeks of the movement programs, which include yoga, creative running, pilates and a fitness circuit training, concluded by a further week of fitness checks form the framework of the course.

10 weeks of individual training in small groups for only 20 euros: All student are welcome and invited to sign up to ACE.
