An Evening of Breathtaking Performances
Once a year all of the sports groups of the Aachen University Sports Center show their abilities – the Königshügel quakes once the over 600 guests fill the gymnasium down to the last seat. An entertaining and exciting, not to mention sold out, show rocks the full house. Martial art demonstrations, the artistic acrobatics of the aero wheel performers, and Oriental dance are just a few of the many highlights offered thanks to the extensive student involvement on this evening.
Top Class Sports and Volunteer Awards for Outstanding Achievements
During the show the athletic achievements and volunteer involvements of RWTH and FH students are also honored. The awarding of the Top Class Sports Prize by STAWAG and the Volunteer Prize by Sparkasse Aachen are a traditional component of the evening.
The University Sports Show is held at the Sporthalle Königshügel.
Parking at the venue is permitted ONLY for those with an RWTH Parking Permit.
For this reason we recommend, that you arrive by public transport (Bus lines 3A; 3B; 33; 73 to Mies-van-der-Rohe-Straße or lines 1; 16; 41; 173 or train to Aachen West), or alternatively by bicycle.
