Acceleration speed, jumping and throwing power, ball skills, and the ability to anticipate are important traits in an athlete, regardless of the type of sport. Targeted training can increase physical performance capability and prevent general symptoms of fatigue.

Target Group and Prerequisites
The course is targeted towards athletes in all disciplines who are interested in improving their athletic and coordination skills.
Content and Objectives
Specific fitness training encompasses five basic characteristics: strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination skills, and speed. Exercises and games with and without balls, small equipment, individual or pair work, circuit training, and stationary training help prepare athletes for the demands of ball and team sports. Course intensity is high.
To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes.

Fitness training is free of charge but participants must register.
