Aqua Fitness is a strength and endurance workout in water with tailored, motivating music. The properties of water are used to combine both an effective and gentle workout. Buoyancy causes less stress on the joints and water resistance is used for additional effect.

Target Group and Prerequisites
This offer is targeted towards women and men of any age at all levels of fitness, with or without previous fitness experience.
Content and Objectives
This water aerobic workout is supplemented with boards and weights that can be individually filled with water, making it possible to vary the strain. Each class begins with a warm up. Depending on the instructor the main component is broken down into strengthening and endurance components, during which the edge of the pool is used to train your core and back. All other courses are taking place in water.
You must wear clothing suitable for swimming, such as swim shorts, a bathing suit, or a well-fitting bikini.
