Target Group and Prerequisites
This offer is targeted towards women and men at all levels of fitness, with or without previous fitness experience.
Content and Objectives
Aside from a general increase in strength the overall coordination of movement sequences is optimized, the cardiovascular system is trained, and the smallest, but important muscles are strengthened, which give the body valuable stability. The exercises can be completed simply but can also be made more challenging through different variations, so that they offer something for every level of fitness. The predefined time intervals ensure there is a necessary drill factor, which motivates participants to push to their limits. In F.I.T. everyone is an active member of a group of like-minded people, who enjoy working out and training their bodies. The group can grow together by learning from each other, trying out new exercises or equipment, setting goals, and simply becoming a good F.I.T. team.
To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes. Please also bring a hand towel and something to drink.
