Aqua GYM strengthens muscles and improves endurance. Training is intensified through the physical properties of water and the use of equipment, such as a swimming board, pool noodles, pool weights, and dumbell discs. After warming up with aqua fitness, running and jogging in water are targeted and muscles in the shoulders, arms, core, backside, back, and legs are trained exclusively in the water. Aqua GYM is an ideal method for releasing everyday stress.
