Further Training and Supervision

 

In addition to supervision during the open training the RWTH Aachen Fitness Center offers personal training in small groups. After completing an introductory or advanced course, you have the possibility to further design your training. During the three-week training plan course you will learn how to effectively pursue your individual training objective. In the six- or twelve-week courses you can pursue your individual training goal and receive personal training in a small group of no more than six people.
