Target Group and Prerequisites
This course is targeted towards parkour beginners. Furthermore advanced athletes can use the gymnasium for open training.
Content and Objectives
The objective of the course is to teach participants basic parkour skills. Training takes places primarily indoors, where there are many opportunities to jump over blocks, roll over mats, balance on beams, or even swing on bars. As soon as participants have mastered the basics, they will head outdoors when there is good weather.
Participants will not only learn movement techniques but also safely learn new movements and how to creatively approach hurdles. The most important factor is having fun while moving!
In addition to the instructed training we offer participants with parcour pre-experience the opportunity to use the gymnasium for open training at the same time. The open training is also supervised by exercise instructors even the focus is on the level 1 course.
Boxes, mats, and similar training equipment is available in the gym. To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes.
