What does a good workout look like? What kind of nutrition is suitable for athletes? These and many other questions will be answered at "Knowledge Bites" starting May 28, 2021. The new offering will take place as part of the digital program.
In the next four weeks, exciting contributions on the topics of training theory and sports nutrition will be on the program in short lectures of 10-15 minutes. As with the Digital Workouts, interested persons can follow along live via zoom. In addition, the lectures are available for one week as on-demand videos.
The offerings on the topic of training theory and sports nutrition will take place on Fridays from 4:30pm to 4:45pm. They will start on May 28, 2021 with Nic Böttcher. He is a competitive athlete, triathlete and will give first interesting insights into the field of applied training science. The second part will be taken over by Ina Schmitz. She is an ecotrophologist, enthusiastic fitness athlete and exercise instructor at the RWTH Gym.
