Program
We are working hard to organise a successful event. A well planned program from the arrival of the athletes on Friday and Saturday, over a structured tournament itinerary to the departure of all guests.
The provisional itinerary is as follows:
Friday
6:30pm to 10pm: Scales and accreditation in the RWTH Aachen University Sports Center
Saturday
9:30am: Reception of the contestants and contributors by the university & sponsors
10am: Start of the single competition
5pm to 6pm: Team weighing (for competitors arriving on Saturday)
5pm: prize-giving ceremony
Sunday
9:30am: Reception of the contestants and contributors by the university & sponsors
10am: Start of the team competition and Newcomers Cup
5pm: prize-giving ceremony
The exact planning of the program has not yet definitely been fixed this time. Time specifications will be updated if and when they change.
Supporting Program
To every successful competition belongs the obligatory athletes party on Saturday night! Currently, discussions with local discothèque owners are ongoing, to find the best venue for the party! Here as well, information will follow when the venue has been decided.
