Arrival by Public Transport
Arrival with public transport
From Aachen Hbf:
- Bus Line 3A (towards Uniklinik) directly from Aachen Hbf to Mies-van-der-Rohe Str.
- Bus Lines 11, 21, 14, 44, 51 to Bushof. There, change on to Lines 33, 73 (Stop 14, towards Hörn), getting out at Mies-van-der-Rohe Str..
- Alternatively you can take the train to Aachen West, which is within close proximity of Mies-van-der-Rohe Str.
To the Venue:
- Bus lines 11 and 21 to bus stop Prager Ring and from there 5-minute walk to venue.
To the Sleeping Hall:
- Bus Lines 11 to 21 to bus stop Liebigstraße and from there - minute walk to sleeping hall
- If you would like to go straight to the accommodation from the accreditation, take bus lines 33 or 73 (towards Fuchserde or Brand, respectively) to Bushof and change on to lines 1, 11 or 21 (stop 13, towards Haaren), getting out at Liebigstrasse.
- Bus Lines 11 to 21 to bus stop Liebigstraße and from there - minute walk to sleeping hall
- If you would like to go straight to the accommodation from the accreditation, take bus lines 33 or 73 (towards Fuchserde or Brand, respectively) to Bushof and change on to lines 1, 11 or 21 (stop 13, towards Haaren), getting out at Liebigstrasse.
Parking
Situated near the competition and sleeping halls is the Park and Ride carpark Jülicher Strasse / Berliner Ring
Accreditation and weighing take place Friday evening in the RWTH Aachen University Sports Center (HSZ). Free parking can be found around the HSZ, a 10-minute walk away from the Pontstrasse, which holds a variety of bars and restaurants. The car park at Prof. Pirlet Straße is available on friday.
