Become part of the DHM Table Tennis 2019
Become part of the team and of the largest table tennis event in Aachen, as this year the Competition Group Aachen is hosting the DHM Table Tennis from May 24 to 26 2019. Be there and experience great table tennis live and in person.
We need you! Be it for the entire weekend or just a day: we need your help!
Without volunteers supporting the organization team, it would be impossible for us to host the Table Tennis DHM 2019. Let us all organize a great event and make it a success together!
The DHM is getting closer and we are still desperately looking for volunteers to support us at this event!
In detail, we need your help in the following areas:
- Sport program, Friday to Sunday
- Table tennis tables: set-up and take-down. Preparation of the competition hall, clear-up of the competition hall, score keepers during the tournament.
- Technical equipment: maintenance and set-up, Friday to Sunday.
- Friday: Setup of technical equipment in the competition hall, Saturday and Sunday: supervision and maintenance of the technical equipment, taking down of the equipment.
- Accreditation: Friday and Saturday morning
- Potentially Breakfast: Setup and distribution, Saturday and Sunday mornings
- For the early birds amongst you: setting up and taking down the breakfast buffet, so that the athletes can be fed.
- Catering: till and serving of food, during the day on Saturday and Sunday
- Prize-giving ceremony: Saturday and Sunday afternoons
- Medal bearers
