Table Tennis Singles: Hobby and Professional
Table tennis players of all levels are welcome to participate in the singles tournament. We offer two levels: singles hobby and single professional. For organizational purposes players are restricted to playing at only one level.

Registration Rules
Participants register online on this page. For organizational purposes participation is only allowed in one of the two categories HOBBY or PRO. Participants who register in both categories will be removed from the hobby category list and must play in professional category. We ask for your understanding.
All participants must register as present with the tournament director at Sporthalle Eckertweg by 1:30pm on the day of the event.
Participants playing the professional class should provide the tournament director with their QTTR, that is their Quartal-Tischtennis-Rating, in advance.
Participation Fee
Members of the University: seven Euros per person
Guests: 15 Euros per person
Game Mode
Participants start in groups of four or five. The best two qualify for the finals, which are then played according to the knock-out system.
In accordance with the table tennis rules, players must win three games to advance. Both classes are limited to 20 players.
Rules of the Game
The tournament will be played according to the rules of the German Table Tennis Federation.
Balls
Table tennis balls will be provided by the University Sports Center
Refreshments
Refreshments will be offered at Stadion Königshügel.
