Contents and Goals

Mindfulness is a form of meditation that aims to consciously perceive the here and now. This leads to a state of relaxation and concentration. In the courses of the University Sports Center, methods of meditation, visualization, breath relaxation, and self-reflection are learned.

Comfortable clothing and an exercise mat.
