Office Yoga takes place right at your place of work. You will learn step for step (on 5 appointments of 30 minutes each) through the use of yoga exercises, breathing techniques and easily applicable tips how to shape your workday in a way that makes it healthier, less stressful and more supportive of your back. Some exercises are balancing, while others are activating and serve to strengthen your muscles. The exercises last between 10 seconds and a few minutes and can be easily conducted in the office.
Prior experience is not required. You should bring along something to write with and wear looser clothing (a comfortable jeans for example is enough). There should a chair for each participant in the room used on site.
The course can be conducted as an institute or work group and requires a minimum of 5 participants.
