Content and Goals
Yoga is an ancient art to unite body and soul through meditation, concentration and movement. Through deliberate, concentrated breathing the exercises are carried out slowly and precisely. Individual muscle groups are systematically stretched and strengthened. The movements are fluid and smooth. The deliberate and concentrated practice also trains general body awareness. The difficulty level varies from challenging to soft, whereby in yoga the individual has control over that himself.
This course is open to everyone. Prior experience is not requried.
Other than a mat, not sport equipment is required.
The capacity of this course is limited, so that the course instructors can advise the participants individually.
