Content and Goals

Tennis is a technically as well as tactically challenging sport. Athletics and coordination are important foundations which can be trained in this workout. Different exercises to improve legwork, coordination, mobility as well as to strengthen different muscle groups ensure the offer's variety.

Requirement

The course is aimed at tennis players and all those who enjoy movement. Prior tennis knowledge is not required.
In order to make the exercises more varied, a free space of around 2 to 3 meters to all sides is required.Training equipment includes material you can find around the house, like a towel, (news-)paper, 2 to 3 (tennis-)balls, racquet (a frying pan will do as well!).
