Content and Goals
This online training gives all Badminton players the opportunity actively to do something for their game, stay fit, or improve. This Badminton-specific training includes: stretching, stabilisation and coordination excercises, footwork in the 1 and 2 step range, as well as stroke technique.
The following equipment is required for the training: Badminton racquet (with cover), shuttle cocks, mat or towel, some tape (to mark some lines on the floor).
Regular sportswear is sufficient.
