Content and Goals
Different focusses are placed daily in the areas of stamina, coordination and relaxation.
The aim is to activate body and mind for an active start to the day.
Requirements
The course is open to all levels of ability. No prior experience is required. Other than a mat, no sport equipment is required.
Booking and Course Times
Become active on five days a week with a single booking.
Flexible starts in 30 minute intervals between 8:00am and 9:30am.
Each sessions lasts 25 minutes.
