Content and Goals
Body Workout Classic is effective strength and muscular endurance training, which causes noticeable changes after just a short time. A combination of plyometric exercises that challenge jumping and speed power and static and dynamic strengthening optimally prepare the body for everyday movements.
Requirements
The following equipment is required for the training: mat or towel, enough to drink and maybe two bottles of water as weight. Regular sportswear is sufficient.
