This offer is targeted towards women and men of all fitness levels, with or without previous aerobics experience.
Content and Objectives
Interval Step is a combination of endurance training and strength training exercises. The step combinations on the step are simple. Basic steps are strung together and the tempo is moderate, making this course ideal for beginners. The hour is broken down into three quarter intervals: ten minutes of endurance training on the step followed by strength training exercises with the help of small weights or bands. The change between endurance and strengthening really gets the body going.
Objectives include building endurance, improving concentration and coordination skills, and not to forget: fun.
