Target Group and Requirements

This course is aimed at men and women of all levels of fitness, with or without previous Body Workout or Ballet experience.

Contents and Goals

Body Workout Ballet aims primarily to form lean muscles, strengthen core muscles and improve posture.

The sessions are comprised of:

Warm Up (warming up larger muscle groups, basic steps)

Deepening (deepening/intensifying -> focus on warming up arms and legs, further basic steps

Extension (extension -> elaboration and combination of basic steps)
