Fitness and Exercises at 40 and Older is targeted primarily to women and men, who want to maintain and increase their personal fitness.
Content and Objectives
Once you turn 40 the body begins to change in tangible ways: muscle breaks down, fat stores more easily, connective tissue becomes weaker. With various movement and strengthening exercises, while having fun in a group the aim is to reach a better quality of life and wellbeing!
