Offer and Booking

If you want to regularly play soccer with friends without having to make new plans each time you can subscribe to use the Allwetterplatz during the summer on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. You book online and the fee is paid by direct debit just like the other courses.

Target Group and Prerequisites

Only members of the University may book the space. Employees must possess an employee sports card. The Allwetterplatz subscription is for a fee. The Allwetterplatz card is not required for a subscription.

Cancellations

• Your booking is binding! To cancel, you must submit the cancellation in writing via email so the HSZ Service Point can process it.
• If the HSZ needs to cancel dates, for example due to inclimate weather, special events, or repairs, you are not principally entitled to substitute dates. The fee will not be refunded. This is why a subscription is significantly cheaper than the corresponding number of individual bookings.
• If you cancel your subscription booking within 14 days before the first date and the reserved date cannot be given to someone else, you will be charged a fee of 50 percent of the booking fee.
• A processing fee of five percent of the booking fee is charged for every cancellation, that is at least five Euros; the processing fee is calculated with the cancellation fee.
