Functional Training Outdoor Level 1
Content and Goals
Functional Fitness is a circuit training, in which additional material like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle ropes and much more are used and whereby strength, endurance and quality of movement are trained and improved. Standardized workouts enable the optimization of training success.
Because the training always takes place outdoors, weather-appropriate sportswear should be worn. Additionally, participants should bring a clean towel of at least 70x140cm and plenty to drink.
