Tai Chi Chuan Level 1
Target Group and Prerequisites
This course is targeted towards everyone, who wants to learn tai chi chuan or who has already learned another tai chi style. Since there are no special physical prerequisites, tai chi chuan is equally suitable for both women and men.
Content and Objectives
In Level 1 participants learn a basic short form comprising the most important basic movements in order to become more familiar with the principles of vo-dao-viet-nam thai cuc quyen and to teach a fundamental understanding of movement, body, and mind.
The individual course sessions build on each other. Thus regular participation is recommended. It is highly recommended to start a course within the first three sessions. Later participation complicatzes training.
