Who hasn't had that feeling? Your shoulders and neck are tense, your head hurts, and your back has also felt better. The body reacts to stress, lack of movement, and disadvantageous posture with muscle tension, which are the main source of back pain. A healthy, strong back is important at every age and contributes to good posture and wellbeing.
To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes. You also need an at least 70 by 140cm, clean, dry hand towel, comfortable clothing, and something to drink.
