Target Group and Requirements
This offer is targeted towards women and men of all fitness levels, with or without previous aerobics experience. Participants without step aerobics experience should attend the first two classes of the respective course to learn the necessary basic steps and movements.
Contents and Goals
In this course you can expect varied strength and endurance training accompanied by motivating music. Both the cardiovascular system and leg and gluteal muscles will be trained. After a warm-up individual step combinations that are easy to learn will be put into a choreography. The session is rounded off with targeted stretching exercises. General goals include building stamina, improving concentration and coordination skills, and of course fun with the motivating combination of rythmic movement and a sweat-inducing workout.
