Flag-Football Level 2

 

Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is targeted towards experienced players who possess the technical skills from Level 1 and only have a little or occasional playing or training experience.

Content and Objectives

This offer builds on the general introduction in this sport of level 1 since content focusses more on individual techniques as for example:

• Defense: Backpaddling and turns, reading of the throwers (quarterbacks), Spy and Blitz
• Offense: Receiver-, Runningback- and Snapper-Stance, Shotgun- and Under Center-Snap, quick changes of direction (cuts) and hand-offs.

Altogether this course focusses on complex moves for both defense and offense.
