Floorball Level 1

 

Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is targeted towards interested individuals both with no or very little floorball experience. Knowledge of the rules or experience, for example from school or likewise, is not required.

Content and Objectives

The objective of the course is to offer a look at the game of floorball and to enable participants to play and score goals. Participants will learn fundamental topics such as choosing a stick and the most important rules for a controlled game. Being able to play and accept flat forehand passes as well as simple flick shots and running with the ball. The tactical portion of the course focuses on a calm build-up in a triangle.
