Target Group and Requirements

This course is aimed at advanced players with several years of experience in a club or hobby team. Players whose experience is limited to school sports are recommended to attend level 1 or 2! Participation is only permitted after consultation with representative. Booking is password protected.

Content and Goals

• Technical improvement and expansion upon the basic techniques of ball reception and control.
• Consolidation and refinement of ball control as well as passing and shootign technique.
• Improvement of duel behavior with and without the ball, as well as positioning.
• Training of football-specific stamina, speed, coordination and flexibility.
• Training of individual, team and group based tactics in play.
