Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is targeted towards participants, who know the basic rules of indoor hockey and have more or less mastered the techniques in Level 1, particularly securely accepting the ball while standing.

Content and Objectives

The techniques, tactics, and rules learned in Level 1 will be explored further and expanded to include important new ones. Targeted exercises and more complex forms of playing improve the existing basic techniques and expand fundamental individual, tactical skills such as one-on-one defense and running from out of cover. Furthermore, Level 2-3 introduces and advances group elements for offensive play such as double passes and combination play and for defensive play, such as blocks of two.
