Wheelchair Handball
Wheelchair handball - an inclusive sports activity offered by the HSP in cooperation with ASV Schwarz-Rot 06 e. V. - combines the classic game of handball with the sports equipment wheelchair and offers new perspectives. "Together at eye level" is the motto for having fun together. In wheelchair handball, people with and without physical impairments play together. All players sit in a wheelchair and use it as a piece of sports equipment.

Equipment
Wheelchairs are provided by the club. Participants only need clean indoor shoes brought separately and comfortable sports clothing. Gloves can be worn for a better grip.
Target Group and Requirements
The course is aimed at women and men, of all ages and abilities, with and without impairments, who have the status of students or employees.
Contents and Goals
The focus is on having fun doing sports together at eye level. The participants get to know the sports wheelchair, but otherwise, the class differs only slightly from the classic handball game. The participants train endurance, strength, speed, coordination, and mobility in a way that is still unfamiliar to many.
Particularities
The course takes place in cooperation with the ASV Schwarz-Rot 06 e.V.. Please also note the rules of the club.
