Running Level 2
Target Group and Requirements
This course is designed for runners who have already gained some running experience, for example through the "Running Level 1" course, and can run for at least 30 minutes continuously.
Contents and Goals
Under the motto: "Run and move on!", the focus is on building up and expanding running ability and aerobic endurance skills. The goal is that at the end of the course, a transition is made to the running club or other running courses. Varied and diverse running routes with different terrains and surfaces are also explored. Additional exercises in the areas of coordination and strengthening complete the course. The course instructors are happy to provide information and advice on all aspects of running.
