Oriental Dance Level 2
Target Group and Prerequisites
This level is targeted towards participants, who already have initial experience in related styles of dance or would like to build on Level 1.
Content and Objectives
You will learn to implement hip and upper body accents through soft circles, figure eights and loops with your hips, and pelvic and upper body waves. You will also work on coordinated, isolate movements, which allow for better accents. A beneficial stretching phase rounds out the class. The goal of the course is to improve coordination, mobility, and the sense for one's body.
