Target Group and Requirements

The course is suitable for running beginners and returning runners of all ages who want to run in nature without any pressure and with a lot of fun. Experienced orienteers are also welcome.

Contents and Goals

During the course, the basics of map reading and orienteering will be taught theoretically and practically. Each unit starts with some theoretical content, which should then be put into practice during a run. After the run, we analyze together the routes we have run.

Special Features

Meeting Point in the First Session

The meeting point for the first session is the grandstand at the Königshügel stadium. The changing rooms can only be used to a limited extent. Please wear sportswear and running shoes already at the first session. All further starting points will be announced. There are no changing and shower facilities available on site. Regular participation is recommended.
