Spinning® Level 2
Target Group and Requirements
The course is designed for advanced and experienced spinning and endurance athletes. Basic knowledge (bike set up and individual intensity control) is required.
Contents and Goals
Sweat, suffer and push individual performance limits in a group. The course does not teach basic knowledge and is only suitable for advanced athletes. The focus is on intensive spinning training with alternating load intervals and cycling positions.
- Towel (minimum size 50 x 100 cm)
- Warm outer clothing! The course takes place with an open window (windbreaker or sleeves)
- Sufficient liquid (The HSZ does not provide a water dispenser)
