Target Group and Prerequisites

This level is targeted towards beginners with little to no previous tennis experience.

Content and Objectives

Participants will primarily work on topspin ground strokes and volleys. Additionally, smash and serve exercises will be conducted and participants will learn the special counting method in tennis. Use coordination exercises, movement patterns specific to tennis, such as side steps and crossover, will be introduced.
