Tennis Level 4

Target Group and Requirements

Level 4 is aimed at former club players, specifically club players of the lower playing classes, 25 to 19, and participants, who can demonstrate that they have completed multiple Level 3 courses and have gained a lot of playing experience. Base line and net play must have been mastered to the extent that the ball can be controlled and aimed precisely within the boxes on the court.

Content and Goals

At this level, the primary focus is placed on advancing players' skills in the three most common forms of serving: flat, slice, and topspin, as well as base line hit techniques. The exercises are challenged physically and must simultaneously solve various play situations.
