Rules of Conduct Corona Interim Program

Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.

Offer and Booking

During the summer semester, it is possible to reserve court 6 at Professor-Pirlet-Straße or the Allwetterplatz for a set weekly time of 60 minutes.

The subscription for court 6 on Tennis Facility Professor-Pirlet-Straße is valid for the entire season, which, depending on the weather, runs from the beginning of May to about mid-October.

The subscription for the Allwetterplatz has a different duration, which is aligned with the summer semester. Bookings are made online, and payment is made by direct debit, as with other courses. After the booking deadline, please contact our Service Point if you are interested in booking a subscription for the Allwetterplatz.

We would like to draw the attention of the seasonal subscribers to the fact that there are changes in the daylight hours and the tennis facility is not well lit. When it gets dark, the facility closes earlier. Rebookings or refunds of subscriptions are not possible in this context. We ask subscribers to take this into account when choosing a time slot.

Target Group and Requirements

The booking of a tennis court is only possible for university members! The tennis court subscription is subject to a fee. Only persons who have reached the age of 16 are allowed to play! The tennis card is not a prerequisite for using a tennis court booked in the subscription!

Cancelation

• Your booking is binding! To cancel, you must submit the cancelation in writing via email to the HSZ Service Point.
• Please refer to the detailed regulations on this subject in our Conditions of Participation.
• If the HSZ needs to cancel dates, for example, due to the weather, special events, or repairs, you are not principally entitled to substitute dates, nor will the fee be refunded. That is why the subscription is significantly cheaper than the corresponding number of individual appointments.
