Trampolining Level 1
Target Group and Prerequisites
The course is targeted towards all interested individuals. No special skills or previous knowledge are required. Experiences, "learned" skills and abilities on garden- or beachtrampolines won't be accepted!
Content and Objectives
A muscular basis and physical flexibility will be established and basic techniques of trampoline gymnastics will be taught. The participant shall develop a "feeling" and learn the basic jumps (standing jump, squat vault, straddle-vault, bend down, sitting jump, half/complete twist) If suitable, also techniques regarding back and belly will be worked out. Participants are expected to help with set up and take down. Objective is to establish a solid basis to extend the knowledge in the following advanced courses.
