Trampolining Level 2
Target Group and Prerequisites
This course is targeted towards those who successfully finished the beginner course or those who performed at least the compulsory exercise "P6" in a sports club. Also the participants should know what is expected from them regarding set up and take down. Apart from health requirements, an existing basis of strength and stamina are required to perform more difficult jumps.
Content and Objectives
In this level the knowledge of the beginners course will be taken up and the gymnastics of short connections or rather simple ten-part exercises will be learned. New jumps like simple somersaults will be learned if physical and gymnastic requirements are given.
