Ultimate Frisbee Levels 3

 

Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is targeted towards players famiilar with the rules, throwing techniques, and fundamental tactics of ultimate frisbee. You must wear cleats in order to participate.

Participation is only possible after consultation with the trainer. The booking page is password protected.

Content and Objectives

In this course participants learn further tactics. Participants learn different tactical systems for offense and defense and learn the finer points of the rules. Additionally, they fine tune the different throws and individually improve their skills.
