Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is suitable for anyone who would like to try yoga and is also interested in acrobatic. Personal fitness and previous sports experience are not necessary.

Content and Objectives

AcroYoga combines elements of yoga and acrobatics and thereby opens a space of unlimited possibilities. Body consciousness, body tension and coordination, trust and responsibility are trained in this course as well as the ability to relax and release. AcroYoga has a holistic approach which seeks for the well-being of body, mind and soul.

A lot of exercises will be performed with a partner or in a group.
