Target Group and Requirements
This offer is targeted towards women and men of all ages and fitness levels, with or without prior fitness experience.
Content and Objectives
Aside from a general increase in strength the overall coordination of movement sequences is optimized, the cardiovascular system is trained, and the smallest, but important muscles are strengthened, which give the body valuable stability. The exercises can be completed simply but can also be made more challenging through different variations, so that they offer something for every level of fitness. The predefined time intervals ensure there is a necessary drill factor, which motivates participants to push to their limits. In F.I.T. everyone is an active member of a group of like-minded people, who enjoy sport and improving the fitness of their own bodies.
Materials
Sportswear is required for participation. Please also bring a clean, dry hand towel of at least 70 by 140cm and something to drink.
