Who doesn’t know the feeling? Your shoulders and neck are tense, your head hurts, and your back has also felt better days. The body reacts to stress, lack of movement, and poor posture with muscle tension, which are the main source of back pain. A healthy, strong back is important at every age and contributes to good posture and wellbeing.
It is recommended to bring your own mat. Other requirements for participation are clean indoor shoes brought separately and a clean, dry towel at least 70 by 140 cm, comfortable clothing and something to drink.
