At its most basic, running simply means to move quickly on foot in an upright posture, so that step-for-step both feet are off the ground for short periods of time. In the program of the University Sports Center, regular exercise and running in its various forms, in particular, are synonymous with enjoyment and well-being, as well as performance and vigor, and form the foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
Rules of Conduct Corona Interim Program
Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.
Special regulations apply to the use of the sports facility in accordance with the corona decree.
We recommend wearing good, suitable running shoes and clothing appropriate for all weather conditions.

Via the sports partner exchange, people interested in running can arrange to run together.
The orienteering class is also recommended.
