Senior fitness is a health offering suitable for those just beginning to work on their fitness and those getting back into it. University Sports offers various movement classes in the gym and in the pool that are always adapted to the target group. The course offers not only a chance to get physical activity but also to enjoy time together at University Sports
|Notes regarding the interim sports hall|
We kindly ask for your understanding that due to the extraordinary temporary interim situation, the usual room climate cannot always be guaranteed.
Until the temperature control in the Interim Sports Complex is adjusted, sports classes continue as usual. We recommend dressing a bit warmer or bringing a jacket. The University Sports Center is actively working with a specialized firm to resolve the situation promptly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

To participate in the courses offered in the gym you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes.
Special Participation Requirements
The senior fitness classes are primarily intended for the senior citizens participating in RWTH's studies for senior citizens.
