Fitness Training for Ball and Team SportsCopyright: © HSZ Walter
Ball and team sports require a good level of stamina and condition to meet the challenges and demands of playing. Acceleration speed, jumping and throwing power, ball skills, and the ability to anticipate are important traits in an athlete, regardless of the type of sport. Targeted training can increase physical performance capability and prevent general symptoms of fatigue.
