Yoga is an ancient art to unite together body and soul through meditation, concentration and movement. Through deliberate, concentrated breathing the exercises are carried out slowly and precisely. Individual muscle groups are systematically stretched and strengthened. The movements are fluid and smooth. The deliberate and concentrated practice also trains general body awareness. The difficulty level varies from challenging to soft, whereby in yoga the individual has control over that himself.

Rules of Conduct Corona Interim Program

Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.

The course is aimed at all athletes who wish to train their body, spirit and soul holistically.

  • Vinyasa and Ashtanga
  • Promotion of strength, stamina and agility
  • Gentle entry through an optimal balance of strain and rest phases


One’s own Yoga mat, as the HSZ cannot provide any equipment during the interim program.
